  I was looking forward to a flight lesson in general and this overdelivered. The instructor, Tony C., was very friendly and patient with all my questions, very passionate about flying. We went out to take a tour of the plane. The lesson was very hands-on and practical, not classroom-like. You're there on the tarmac moving the ailerons and fins and learning about planes and avionics. When it came time for the actual flight, this part shocked me. Aside from starting the engine, and adjusting the throttle to get us moving, Tony didn't touch the controls (much that I noticed) until I had lined up the plane for landing. He did adjust the trim knob, which has a big effect on the nose. So I really did fly a plane around. It was pretty wild, I would do it again in a heartbeat. In fact, I will definitely get up in the air for another lesson just because its pretty cost effective fun! Long term, I do want to learn to fly and I would be very confident going to this vendor.
